研究了(Sr_(0.48)Pb_(0.48)Y_(0.03)Ca_(0.01))TiO_3基陶瓷的半导化行为。结果表明:PbO适当过量有利于半导化。Raman光谱,AES(Augerelectronspectroscopy)分析表明,随着SiO_2含量的增加,氧空位浓度及Ti ̄(3+)浓度增大,XRD分析表明,随SiO_2含量增大,轴比c/a增大。
The semiconducting behavior of (Sr_ (0.48) Pb_ (0.48) Y_ (0.03) Ca_ (0.01)) TiO_3 based ceramics was investigated. The results show that proper PbO is conducive to semiconducting. Raman spectra and AES (Augerrelectronspectroscopy) analysis showed that the concentration of oxygen vacancies and Ti ~ (3 +) increased with the increase of SiO_2 content. The XRD results showed that the axial ratio c / a increased with the increase of SiO_2 content.
