目的探讨心理健康教育及行为干预对关节镜微创治疗儿童膝关节半月板损伤围术期康复的护理效果及意义。方法选择2008年1月—2012年12月该院诊治的半月板损伤并进行关节镜手术治疗的患儿107例,分为干预组(71例)和对照组(36例),对干预组进行围术期的心理健康教育辅导及行为干预,对照组不接受干预措施。结果术后平均随访26.3个月,所有患儿术前症状均消失,关节活动度恢复正常。干预组在术后各阶段关节功能评分均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统、规范的围术期护理对患者起着重要的作用。心理教育及行为干预有利于患儿膝关节功能尽早康复。
Objective To investigate the effect and significance of mental health education and behavioral intervention on perioperative rehabilitation of knee joint meniscus injuries in children under arthroscopy. Methods From January 2008 to December 2012, 107 children with meniscus injuries treated by arthroscopic surgery in our hospital were divided into intervention group (n = 71) and control group (n = 36). The intervention group Perioperative mental health education counseling and behavior intervention, the control group did not accept interventions. Results All cases were followed up for an average of 26.3 months. All the symptoms disappeared and the joint mobility returned to normal. The scores of joint function in the intervention group were higher than those in the same period (P <0.05). Conclusion Systemic and standardized perioperative nursing plays an important role in patients. Psychological education and behavioral intervention are beneficial to children’s knee function as soon as possible rehabilitation.
