目前,由于新一轮医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院吸纳专业人才已经成为医院发展过程最为重要的事情。此外,在医院管理工作中,人力资源是其最为重要的组成部分,也是促进医院核心竞争能力提高的关键因素之一。基于此,针对新医改时代下医院人力资源培训与开发现存的问题进行研究分析,并提出相应对策,以促进医院工作效率和医院职工专业素质的提高。
At present, due to the deepening reform of the new round of health care system, the hospital has become the most important thing in the process of hospital development. In addition, human resources are the most important component in hospital management and one of the key factors to promote the core competitiveness of the hospital. Based on this, aiming at the existing problems of human resources training and development in the hospital in the era of new medical reform, the author analyzes and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the efficiency of hospital work and the professional quality of hospital staff.
