水土流失是自然因素和人为因素共同作用的结果,水电类开发建设项目造成的水土流失,是以人类生产建设活动为主要外营力而形成的一种典型的人为加速侵蚀。水电站工程建设导致的土壤侵蚀强度较大且类型多样。统筹布设合理的拦挡、截排水、护坡及临时防护措施;恢复区域水文循环途径及受损生态系统;做好渣场、施工道路等区域的植物恢复及后期管护,形成“点、线、面”相结合的水土保持控制措施体系,是控制水电工程水土流失的有效途径。
