目的检测续断中有机氯农药残留。方法采用浓硫酸磺化法,选择DB-1701弹性石英毛细管柱,不分流进样,通过柱程序升温手段测定六六六4种异构体和滴滴涕4种异构体共8种有机氯农药残留。结果最低检测限为1.5~25 ng/mL,平均回收率为92.0%~104.0%,续断药材中有机氯农药残留远低于《中国药典》标准。结论建立了一套简便、操作性强的续断中有机氯农药残留的分析方法。
Objective To detect the residues of organochlorine pesticides in severed areas. Methods Eight kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues were determined by concentrated sulfuric acid sulfonation method, DB-1701 elastic quartz capillary column, splitless injection and column temperature programmed determination of four isomers of BHC and DDT. . Results The limit of detection was 1.5-25 ng / mL. The average recoveries ranged from 92.0% to 104.0%. Residues of organochlorine pesticides in severed medicinal materials were much lower than those in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion A set of simple and easy-to-operate analysis methods for organochlorine pesticide residues was established.
