用技术上的革新创造来提高工作效率,贯彻增产节约运动,是医务工作者在总路线光辉照耀下做好医务工作的重要环节之一。本刊过去曾经常介绍有关技术革新创造的文稿,这里更集中地介绍了两篇这一类的材料,希望能引起广大读者的注意,从而在医务工作者中间推动一种群众性的、经常性的技术革新创造运动。从下面刊出的几篇稿件中,可以看出几个问题:第一、在一切工作中,只要多钻研,都可以找出窍门,决不能以满足於老一套的保守主义想法和“再亦没有窍门可找”的自满情绪来麻痹自已。第二、要使一切新的东西得到及时的发展和推广,组织上和领导上的支持,亦是必不可少的条件。第三、有些革新创造或工作上的改进,不一定完全正确,经过群众试用考验,证明它是有缺点的。对于这种情况,我们认为,这种革新创造改进的提出者的积极首创精神无疑是非常好的,但为了避免走弯路,今后对于此类材料,必须加强科学坚定的工作,使来自群众的革新创造改进能在科学原则的指导下得到正确的发展推广。下面所刊“关于青霉素能否与酒精、甘油混用问题的解答”一文,是根据读者关于本刊去年第七号内“化脓性中耳炎之有效疗法”一文所提出疑问的总结性答覆,我们把它发表出来,希望能在读者对这一问题的看法上得以澄清。
