作者对住院未经选择的发热患者同时进行血培养和检查白细胞层,以评价白细胞层粒性白细胞内(以下简称白细胞层)发现微生物的诊断意义。白细胞层检查系取患者耳垂血于微血球压积管,经5分钟离心后,取约1mm厚的白细胞层涂布于玻片上,置室温10分钟干燥后,经革兰氏和美兰染色,如果在2个或2个以上的多形核细胞内发现至少有2个微生物时即属阳性结果。每1例均作3次以上的血培养,取静脉血分别进行需氧和厌氧培养。 455例发热患者中126例白细胞层发现有微生物(28%),20例无发热的中毒患者作对照,全部获阴性。455例中60例血培养阳性(13%)。仅有18例患者
The authors conducted a blood culture and examination of leukocyte layers in uninvited patients with fever at the same time to evaluate the diagnostic significance of microbes found in leukocyte granulocytes (hereinafter referred to as leukocyte layer). The leukocyte layer was taken from the lobe of the ear in micro-hematocrit. After 5 minutes of centrifugation, the leukocyte layer about 1 mm thick was coated on a glass slide and left to dry at room temperature for 10 minutes. After being stained by Gram and Melanin, Positive results are found when at least 2 microorganisms are found in 2 or more polymorphonuclear cells. Each case were made more than 3 times blood culture, venous blood were taken for aerobic and anaerobic culture. Among 455 fever patients, 126 leukocytes were found to have microbes (28%), and 20 patients without fever were used as controls and all were negative.
