历经30余载的砥砺前行、艰苦探索,《中华人民共和国旅游法》10日1日将正式实施。至此,我国旅游业将全面进入一个有法可依、依法规范的新时代。党的十八大报告中首提“生态文明美丽中国”。“生态文明美丽中国”是我国旅游业的“基因库”。“生态文明”所倡导的“文明”和“美丽中国”所包涵的“美丽元素”传承了中华民族几千年的传统文化和文明,是我国旅游业长足发展的推动力。而《旅游法》的出台也将助推生态文明建设,有利于“生态文明美丽中国”的实现。对于《旅游法》的实施,各界有不同的观点。业内说:这是蜕变中的阵痛;旅行社说:整体花费相差不大;导游说:以后带团没压力了;游客说:出游更省心,花费更明白……可见,《旅游法》吸引了社会各界的热切关注,也寄托了广大群众的几多期许。《旅游法》的实施对于即将到来的国庆十一长假,会带来哪些变化?能否规范旅行社及景区诚信经营行为、提高服务意识和行业自律?能否规范旅游文明行为、提高游客自觉维权意识……让人们在驰骋山水、欣赏美景的同时不再遭遇如强行购物、中途变更旅游行程、导游擅自增加景点赚取回扣等行为的干扰。实现美丽中国,从文明旅游开始。期待,这些积累多年的旅游中的弊端能因《旅游法》的正式实施而得到改变。
