目的:探讨糖尿病性周围神经病变的神经传导速度与年龄、血糖、病程的关系。方法:患者取仰卧位和俯卧位,用表面电极常规检查患者周围神经运动、感觉传导速度。结果:398例患者共有223例异常,阳性率为56%,异常患者周围神经传导速度有不同程度的减慢。结论:患者年龄40岁以上,血糖越高、病程越长,并发糖尿病性周围神经病变的几率就越大。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between nerve conduction velocity and age, blood glucose and duration of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Patient supine and prone position, the surface electrode routine examination of patients with peripheral nerve movement, sensory conduction velocity. Results: A total of 223 out of 398 patients were abnormal, with a positive rate of 56%. The peripheral nerve conduction velocity of patients with abnormalities decreased to some extent. Conclusion: Patients over the age of 40, the higher the blood glucose, the longer the duration, the greater the risk of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
