目的:探讨延续性护理服务中引入即时通信工具微信平台,对加强患者用药依从性管理的效果。方法:以医院传染病科2014年9月~2016年5月收治的100例肺结核患者为研究对象,根据延续性护理服务的方式不同按照随机数字表分为常规电话随访的对照组50例与应用微信平台工具的观察组50例,比较两组的用药依从性效果。结果:观察组用药依从率为96.00%,高于对照组依从率的70.00%(P<0.05)。根据影像学检查,观察组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:患者延续性护理中引入微信平台工具,可提高患者遵医行为,增强疾病控制效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of introducing the instant messaging tool WeChat platform into the continuous nursing service to strengthen the compliance management of patients’ medication. Methods: 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis admitted from September 2014 to May 2016 in Department of Infectious Diseases were enrolled in this study. According to the way of continuous nursing service, 50 patients were divided into control group (50 cases) and control group WeChat platform tools observation group of 50 cases, the two groups compared drug compliance. Results: The compliance rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (70.00%, P <0.05). According to imaging examination, the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%, significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The WeChat platform tools are introduced into the patient’s continuous nursing care to improve the compliance of patients and enhance the effectiveness of disease control.
