由国家安全生产监督管理局和国际劳工组织主办、国家安全生产监督管理局国际交流合作中心承办的“第二届中国国际安全生产论坛暨中国国际安全生产及职业健康展览会”将于2004年9月1～4日在北京举行。这次会议的主题是“安全、健康与发展”。大会共分6部分内容:安全生产政策法规、安全文化与社区安全、危险化学品安全管理、生产安全应急救援、注册安全工程师国际互认和企业安全质量标准化与风险评价。大会将有来自美国、英国、德国等10多个国家的代表和来自中科院、北京大学、清华大学等科研院所、高校的代表做大会主题发言。本栏目从众多代表发言中择选几篇有代表性的文章,以供读者概览这次论坛的全貌。
The 2nd China International Forum on Safe Production and China International Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition hosted by the State Administration of Work Safety and the International Labor Organization and hosted by the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the State Administration of Work Safety will be held in 2004 9 January 1 to 4 held in Beijing. The theme of this meeting is “Safety, Health and Development”. The conference is divided into 6 parts: safety production policies and regulations, safety culture and community safety, hazardous chemicals safety management, production safety emergency rescue, registered safety engineer international mutual recognition and enterprise safety and quality standardization and risk assessment. The congress will have representatives from more than 10 countries including the United States, Britain and Germany and representatives from universities, research institutes and universities of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University and Tsinghua University to make keynote speeches at the conference. In this column, I will select a few representative articles from the speeches made by a large number of delegates for the readers to overview the forum.
