ND2、3型机车用增压器已运用多年,零部件的更换率逐年增高,国产化势在必行。在实现增压器国产化的过程中,分析了原增压器具有结构可靠的特点,但笨重、性能低。国产化增压器由于采取了必要措施,保持了原增压器良好的结构,机车不需做任何改动就可与原增压器整机互换。通过对涡轮和压气机通流元件的精心设计、研究,提高了增压器的性能,使其总效率提高了6%~7%。国产化ZN460型增压器,简化了生产工艺,节约了能源,现已运行64万km,未发生任何问题,用户反映良好。
