在水稻生产全程机械化过程中,黑龙江垦区目前已实现水田整地、插秧、植保和收获机械化。然而在水稻生产的自动化和智能化方面,技术还是相当薄弱。针对水稻秧田管理环节中,传统的人工通风费时费力等问题,设计了基于单片机的水稻育秧大棚自动卷帘通风器。自动卷帘通风器可以根据水稻育秧大棚内的温度和外界的风力控制自动卷帘器电动机的运行,从而实现水稻育秧大棚通风口的开启和关闭。
In the whole process of mechanization of rice production, Heilongjiang reclamation area has now realized the paddy field preparation, transplanting, plant protection and harvest mechanization. However, the technology is still quite weak in the automation and intelligence of rice production. For the management of rice seedling fields, the traditional artificial ventilation time-consuming and laborious issues, the design based on SCM rice seedling greenhouse automatic shutter ventilation. Automatic shutter ventilation device can be controlled according to the temperature inside the greenhouse and the wind force outside the roller shutter motor running, in order to achieve the opening and closing of the rice seedling greenhouse vents.
