尾砂沉降是充填采矿系统的重要组成部分。随着选矿技术的发展,尾砂粒径越来越细,细粒级尾砂沉降速度缓慢严重影响了矿山充填效率。为研究多因素耦合作用下细粒级尾砂的沉降特性,采用正交试验法开展细粒级尾砂静态絮凝沉降试验,探讨沉降速度和底流浓度最佳时各影响因素的最优值。对试验结果进行极差分析和回归分析后认为,尾砂沉降效果最优的絮凝剂是阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,尾砂浆入料浓度是影响沉降速度最显著的因素,其次是絮凝剂溶液浓度和絮凝剂单耗,影响底流浓度的显著性顺序为尾砂浆入料浓度、絮凝剂单耗、絮凝剂溶液浓度;推荐细粒级尾砂沉降参数为尾砂入料浓度20%,絮凝剂单耗140g/t,絮凝剂溶液浓度0.1%。
Tailings settling is an important part of the filling and mining system. With the development of beneficiation technology, the grain size of tailing sand is getting smaller and smaller, the settling velocity of fine tailings is seriously affected the filling efficiency of the mine. In order to study the sedimentation characteristics of fine graded tailings under multi-factor coupling, the static flocculation settling test of fine grained tailings was carried out by orthogonal test, and the optimal values of the influencing factors when the sedimentation velocity and the underflow concentration were the best were discussed. After the range analysis and regression analysis of the test results, it is considered that the flocculant with the best tailings settling effect is anionic polyacrylamide. The feed concentration of the tailing mortar is the most significant factor affecting the settling rate, followed by the flocculant solution concentration and flocculation The consumptive factors and the significant order of affecting the underflow concentration are tailings feed concentration, flocculant unit consumption and flocculant solution concentration. It is recommended that the settling parameters of tailings should be 20% of the tailings feed concentration and 140 g / t, flocculant solution concentration of 0.1%.
