为考察某型泵车专用底盘的强度,在调研国内外相关产品的基础上对泵车进行整体建模研究。分析车架在行驶状态下的结构强度;对车架进行拓扑优化和自由尺寸优化,以达到轻量化设计目的;对试制车架进行试验验证,将试验结果与有限元分析结果进行对比。结果表明:优化后的车架结构满足强度要求,通过优化实现车架减重12%。
In order to investigate the strength of a pump-specific chassis, on the basis of research related products at home and abroad on the basis of a holistic modeling of the pump truck. The structural strength of the frame under driving condition is analyzed. The topological optimization and free size optimization of the frame are carried out so as to achieve the purpose of lightweight design. The experimental frame is tested and verified, and the test results are compared with the finite element analysis results. The results show that the optimized frame structure meets the strength requirements, and the frame weight loss is 12% through optimization.
