一、整理、研究的方法和步骤第一步在了解省××组织状况的基础上进行粗分。粗分是零散档案整理立卷的第一步。其质量的好坏将会影响文件立卷工作的质量,文件粗分的方法一般有6种: (1)按照文件的名称粗分;(2)按照文件所属的组织单位粗分;(3)按照文件的所属问题粗分;(4)按照文件所属年代粗分;(5)按照文件的所属地区粗分;(6)按照文件所属的上下级机关粗分。上述6种方法究竟采取其中那一种方法为适宜,要取决於文件的具体情况。我们是按照文件名称进行粗分的:
