网络条件下企业技术创新行为的选择,关系到企业技术能力提升关键。从知识研究的角度,分析知识状态对企业技术创新行为选择的影响,并将技术创新行为归纳为技术领先、技术合作、技术跟随、技术等待四种类型,进而构建相应模型。采用仿真方法,模拟知识状态下四种行为的选择过程,分析了企业知识状态与个体技术创新行为的变化。研究发现,多个维度的知识状态处于优势水平时,会导致企业做出技术领先行为;多个维度的知识状态处于劣势水平时,企业会根据网络环境和技术结构特性现状的影响,做出技术追随或技术等待行为,而企业同其他企业存在互补性知识势差时,则通常选择合作创新。
The choice of enterprise’s technological innovation behavior under the network conditions is related to the key to enhance the technological capability of the enterprise. From the perspective of knowledge research, this paper analyzes the influence of knowledge status on the choice of technology innovation behavior and summarizes the technology innovation behavior into four types: technology leadership, technology cooperation, technology follow and technology wait, and then constructs the corresponding model. Using simulation method to simulate the process of selecting four kinds of behaviors under the state of knowledge, this paper analyzes the changes of the state of knowledge and individual technological innovation. The research shows that when the knowledge status of multiple dimensions is at the dominant level, enterprises will lead the technology-leading behavior. When the knowledge status of multiple dimensions is at a disadvantage, the enterprise will make technologies according to the current situation of network environment and technology structure characteristics Follow or wait for technology behavior, and enterprises with other companies have complementary potential knowledge, it is usually the choice of cooperative innovation.
