水是工农业生产和人民生活的基础性资源。随着国家经济建设步伐不断加快和对经济发展水平、要求的日益高标准化,以及随之而来的城市化水平提高、工农业生产建设规模的不断扩大、人民生活水平的不断改善,可以预料,整个西部地区原本就不富裕的水资源,其紧张状况将进一步加剧。为了保证汉中市国民经济发展能够在今后一个较长时期内,持续稳定增长,我们应该未雨绸缪,立足本地水资源的实际,早做安排。
Water is a basic resource for industrial and agricultural production and people’s livelihood. With the accelerating pace of national economic construction and the ever-increasing standardization of the level of economic development and requirements, as well as the consequent increase of the urbanization level, the continuous expansion of the industrial and agricultural production and construction scale and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, Tensions will be further exacerbated by the fact that the entire western region, which was originally not rich, will have more water resources. In order to ensure sustained and steady growth of the national economy in Hanzhong City for a longer period in the future, we should take precautions and make arrangements as early as possible based on the actual situation of local water resources.
