全国人民代表大会常务委员会:本次常委会会议于8月26日上午对关于修改预算法的决定(草案)进行了分组审议,普遍认为,草案已经比较成熟,建议进一步修改后,提请本次会议通过。同时,有些常委会组成人员和列席会议的同志还提出了一些修改意见。法律委员会于8月28日下午召开会议,认真研究了常委会组成人员的审议意见,对草案进行了审议。财政经济委员会、预算工作委员会、国务院法制办公室、财政部的负责同志列席了会议。法
