目的了解影响学龄前儿童功能性构音障碍的家庭因素。方法选择2008年1月-2009年10月湖南省儿童医院儿童保健所门诊以口齿不清为主诉就诊的发音缺陷儿童共95例。采用《中国-韦氏幼儿智力量表》和自行设计的一般情况调查表,对95例构音障碍学龄前儿童的智力水平和家庭因素进行调查,将获得的各项结果输入计算机应用SPSS系统软件进行统计处理。结果学龄前儿童构音障碍与家庭语言环境、家庭教育方式、家庭喂养方式、辅食添加时间等家庭因素相关。结论不适当的家庭教养方式可能会增加学龄前儿童构音障碍的发生。改变不适当的家庭教养方式是预防学龄前期儿童构音障碍的重要措施之一。
Objective To understand the family factors that affect functional dysarthria in preschool children. Methods From January 2008 to October 2009, children’s health clinics in Hunan Provincial Children’s Hospital were given oral explanations. Of 95 children with defective pronunciation, Using “China - Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Toddlers” and self-designed questionnaire to investigate the intelligence level and family factors of 95 dysarthria preschool children, the results obtained were input into the computer application SPSS system software Statistical processing. Results The dysarthria in preschool children was related to family factors such as family language environment, family education mode, family feeding mode and time of complementary feeding. Conclusion Inappropriate parenting may increase dysarthria in preschool children. To change the inappropriate mode of family rearing is one of the important measures to prevent dysarthria in preschool children.
