目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定甘草霜中的Pb、As、Cd、Hg、Cr、Cu、Fe、Zn、Sn 9种微量元素的分析方法。方法:采用HNO_3+H_2O_2消解,应用标准与碰撞反应自动切换模式、等离子体炬焰屏蔽系统、半导体制冷温度控制器校正并消除质谱工作过程中的多原子离子干扰,3%乙醇的增敏效应改善了质谱分析的灵敏度。结果:方法检出限在0.005~0.020μg/L。使用国标一级标准物质黄芪粉(GB W10028)和绿茶粉(GB W10052)进行验证,结果准确可靠。结论:方法简便、快速、可靠,能满足甘草类制品中多种微量元素的分析和质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of 9 trace elements of Pb, As, Cd, Hg, Cr, Cu, Fe, Zn and Sn in licorice cream by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) Methods: HNO_3 + H_2O_2 digestion was used to calibrate and eliminate the polyatomic ion interference during the mass spectrometry and the sensitization effect of 3% ethanol was improved by using the automatic switchover mode between standard and collision reaction, plasma torch flame shielding system and semiconductor refrigeration temperature controller The sensitivity of mass spectrometry. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reliable, which can meet the needs of many trace elements analysis and quality evaluation of licorice products.
