我院72—75年收治乙脑194例,我们在中西医结合救治乙脑战斗中,对并发严重呼吸衰竭患儿其中12例进行气管切开术,成功5例,死亡7例。
In our hospital, there were 194 cases of JE treated in 72-75 years. We conducted tracheotomy in 12 cases of severe respiratory failure in combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating JE. Five cases were successful and 7 died.
