本文旨在通过一个三级/两学科的优化设计系统用于一大型运输机机翼结构设计的实例,介绍多级/多学科优化设计的基本概念。为此,文中首先概述了多级/多学科优化设计产生的历史背景,以及三级/两学科设计系统一个循环过程的概貌,逐级介绍了系统的详细功能和执行过程,阐述了静力分析的有限元模型,最后,说明了应用效果(优化过程的收敛性,计算机资源要求、设计变量的初值和终值)。
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the basic concepts of multi-level / multidisciplinary optimization design through a three-level / two-discipline optimization design system for the design of a large transport aircraft wing structure. To this end, the article first outlines the historical background of multi-level / multidisciplinary optimization design, as well as three cycle / two subject design system overview of a cycle, step by step introduces the system’s detailed functions and implementation process, elaborates the static analysis Finally, the application effects (the convergence of the optimization process, the computer resource requirements, the initial value and the final value of the design variables) are illustrated.
