1975年辽南地震后,党中央及时发出“要密切注视京津地区地震动向,做好抗震、防震工作”的指示。冶金部遵照这一指示,组织了首都钢铁公司、北京和鞍山的几个院所,对鞍钢、营口、大石桥、海城等地的矿山、冶金、焦化耐火等生产设备进行了震害调查。1976年7月,唐山地震后又对唐钢等作了调查,现将调查情况及对防震抗震工作的几点意见简介如下。一、冶金生产设备的震害情况 (一)冶炼设备的震害情况冶炼设备是冶金工业的主体设备。从构造上说,这些设备重心较高,地震时要承受强烈的冲击力,容易被地震力所破坏。从生
