智障儿童是教育受众群体中的一个特殊群体,对智障儿童的教育和培养已经引起社会各界的广泛关心和关注。在对智障儿童的教育上曾经存在着这样的误区,认为智障儿童因身体某些生理机能的先天不足,便要尽力对其呵护,对一些认为其做不好的事情代替他们去做,甚至干脆不让他们去做。这样的观点看似是对智障儿童的关心,实则忽视了对智障儿童生活自理能力的培养。生活自理能力,简单地说就是自己照顾自己的能力,这项对普通儿童来说最基本的生活技能,对智障儿童来说
Children with intellectual disabilities are a special group of educational audiences. The education and training of mentally retarded children has caused widespread concern and attention from all walks of life.
