正电子湮没方法已经成为金属研究的一种手段,但是由于正电子在介质中感知范围很小,目前主要用来分析金属和合金的微观结构。为了探索该方法在生产过程中的实用性。本文用它研究和分析了Fe-22at.-%Al合金的热处理制度。
