为了研究在打叶复烤过程中白肋烟叶TSNAs含量的变化趋势,对白肋烟5个模块烟叶原烟、一润、二润、打叶及复烤处理环节进行了取样,并利用SPSS和MINITAB软件对样品的常规化学和TSNAs含量进行了分析。结果表明,在打叶复烤的过程中TSNAs含量在打叶处理环节显著上升,在复烤处理环节下降,其中NNN、NAT及NAB含量经过打叶复烤整个过程显著上升,NNK含量略有上升但和原烟相比差异不显著。白肋烟TSNAs含量与常规化学成分的相关性不显著。因此调控TSNAs的关键点在打叶处理环节。
In order to study the change trend of TSNAs content in burley leaves during the process of leaf-cutting and redrying, sampling was performed on the raw tobacco, the first runner, the second runner, the leaf-opening and the redrying processes of the five modules of burley tobacco leaves. The results showed that the content of TSNAs increased significantly at the leaf-cutting stage and decreased at the re-roasting stage.
