上海大众新款普通型桑塔纳轿车、桑塔纳旅行车均搭载了BSA发动机,与传统的AFE型发动机拉线式节气门相比,BSA发动机采用了电子节气门,使得对节气门开度的控制更加精确,发动机燃油经济性大大改善,排放污染物有所减少,同时让系统的响应速度得到提高,并实现了发动机的怠速控制、巡行控制及车辆稳定性控制等的集成,简化了发动机控制系统的结构。发动机抖动是搭载BSA发动机的上海大众新款普通型桑塔纳轿车较为常见的故障之一。究其原因,因电子节气门工作失常而导致发动机抖动 Shanghai Volkswagen new ordinary Santana sedan, Santana wagon are equipped with BSA engine, compared with the traditional AFE engine pull-line throttle, the BSA engine with electronic throttle, making the control of the throttle opening more precise, the engine The fuel economy is greatly improved and pollutant emissions are reduced.
