目的比较多层螺旋CT与MRI检查对小肝细胞癌的诊断敏感性。方法 2014年6月至2016年6月选择疑似小肝细胞癌患者134例,其中最终经术后病理证实的小肝细胞癌患者62例,134例患者分别行多层螺旋CT与MRI检查,与病理结果比较,探讨多层螺旋CT与MRI检查对小肝细胞癌的诊断价值。结果多层螺旋CT与MRI平扫的检出率、敏感性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而增强扫描检出率、敏感性比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRI平扫及增强扫描诊断小肝细胞癌的敏感性均高于多层螺旋CT,且更能清晰显示小肝细胞癌的血流特点,故具有更高临床应用价值。
Objective To compare the sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016, 134 patients with suspected small hepatocellular carcinoma were selected. Among them, 62 patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by postoperative pathology and 134 patients were examined by multi-slice spiral CT and MRI respectively. Pathological results were compared to explore the multi-slice spiral CT and MRI examination of small hepatocellular carcinoma diagnostic value. Results The detection rates and sensitivities of multislice spiral CT and MRI were significantly different (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the sensitivity and the detection rate of enhanced scanning (P> 0.05). Conclusions The sensitivity of plain and enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma is higher than that of multislice spiral CT, and the blood flow characteristics of small hepatocellular carcinoma can be more clearly shown. Therefore, it is of higher clinical value.
