中华人民共和国已经成立三十五年了。在中国共产党的领导下,三十五年来,青海各族人民亲密团结,艰苦创业,各项工作都取得了伟大成就。现在,全省群众正在意气风发地为开拓青海,实现四化建设而努力奋斗。 开拓青海,要做好各项准备工作。制定经济发展战略,就是其中的重要一项。本文拟就开发水力、矿藏资源在青海经济发展战略中的地位和作用,谈一些我们的粗浅看法。
The People’s Republic of China has been established for 35 years. Under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, the people of all ethnic groups in Qinghai have been closely united and arduously pioneered in their work over the past 35 years and great achievements have been made in various fields. Nowadays, the people in the province are making concerted efforts to open up Qinghai and realize the four modernizations in an energetic manner. Open up Qinghai, we should do a good job in all preparations. Formulating an economic development strategy is one of the important issues. This article intends to develop the hydraulic and mineral resources in the economic development strategy of Qinghai’s position and role, to talk about some of our superficial views.
