9月1同,《民办教育促进法》正式实施,标志着我国民办教育事业发展进入了一个新的里程碑。改革开放以来,特别是1990年《工人考核条例》和1997年《社会力量办学条例》实施以来,广东省社会力量办职业培训事业,从无到有,从小到大,培训质量逐步提高,办学形式多种多样,办学条件不断完善,积累了一些经验,形成了一批规模大、质量高、有特色的民办学校(培训机构)。到目前为止,全省拥有社会力量职业技能培训机构2400个左右,年培训能力70-100万人次;社会力量办技工学校10所,在校生15000
