Foreword As early as 1789, uranium was discovered and its understanding of uranium toxicity was superficial. Until uranium in the industrial large-scale mining, smelting, to urge people to systematically study the toxicity of uranium. In recent years, it has been confirmed that the organism’s toxic reaction to “soluble” natural uranium is mainly chemical damage and its critical organ is the kidney. However, the “soluble” highly enriched uranium is still the main radiation damage. The critical organ is not kidney but bone tissue. Soluble natural uranium poisoning, the more prominent manifestations of renal tissue damage, renal dysfunction, abnormal metabolism, etc.
