手术所见 肝脏增大 ,病变区触诊囊性感明显 ,于第 1肝门外侧向囊内穿刺抽出黄绿色胆汁样液体约 16 0 0ｍｌ,切开肝实质至囊腔 ,见囊腔内有 2个相连的菜花状新生物 ,约鸡蛋大小 ,表面溃烂 ,质脆 ,易出血 ,于此处取材送冰冻 ,并钝性分离囊壁 ,完整切除 ,其间发现胆管及门静脉系?
