为探讨牙体大面积缺损修复对玻璃纤维桩与双固化桩核材料联合制作桩核的应用效果,回顾性分析本院2011年2月~2012年2月收治的170例(229颗牙)大面积牙体缺损患者的临床资料,均实施桩核修复治疗,并按照所使用的材料分为铸造金属桩核组83例(109颗牙)和玻璃纤维桩联合双固化桩核材料组87例(120颗牙)。修复结束后随访36个月,了解两组的修复效果,并进行比较。经随访,玻璃纤维桩联合双固化桩核材料组的修复成功率显著高于铸造金属桩核组,p<0.05,对2组患者修复失败的原因进行分析,包括松动脱落、牙龈炎、桩断裂、牙龈着色以及牙根断裂。其中,玻璃纤维桩联合双固化桩核材料组未出现牙龈着色和牙根断裂病例。所有修复失败的病例均接受重新修复,所有牙根均得到保留。表明牙体大面积缺损修复中实施玻璃纤维桩联合双固化桩核材料桩核修复可以获得良好的修复效果。
In order to investigate the effect of repairing large dental defects on the post-core made of fiberglass piles and double-cured post-core materials, retrospective analysis of 170 cases (229 teeth) admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012 According to the materials used, there were 83 cases (109 teeth) of cast metal post core group and 87 cases of glass fiber post combined with double-cured post-core material group 120 teeth). Follow-up 36 months after the end of the repair to understand the repair effect of the two groups, and compared. After follow-up, the success rate of repair of glass fiber post combined with double-cured post-core material group was significantly higher than that of cast metal post-core group, p <0.05. The causes of repair failure in the two groups were analyzed including loosening, gingivitis, Gingival coloration and tooth root rupture. Among them, the glass fiber post combined with double-cured post-core material group did not appear cases of gum coloring and tooth root rupture. All cases of failed repair were reconditioned and all of the roots were preserved. It shows that the repair of large dental defects in the implementation of glass fiber post combined with double-cured post-core material post-core restoration can get good results.
