以重庆市某车库屋面梁大量开裂为例,检测了该车库屋面梁结构布局、覆土荷载、裂缝形态、结构实体施工质量等。根据实际检测数据,采用ANSYS及SATWE软件核对了屋面梁承载力,发现裂缝产生原因与历史超载、温度作用、材料收缩和施工控制养护等因素有关,评价了裂缝对结构的安全性影响,并依据相关文献,采用了一种新型技术——直剪锚栓钢板进行加固设计。该工程采用直剪锚栓钢板加固后,已投入正常使用一年多,效果良好。
