测量速度快、误差信息丰富中国齿轮整体误差测量技术是在齿轮单面啮合检查仪的基础上发展起来的。众所周知,单啮测量所测到的误差信息要比一般单项测量获得的多,但单啮测量也存在着严重的缺点:测量时啮合的重叠系数大于1,使得被测齿轮有部分齿面测不到,而且所测到的齿面部位的位置是不能确定的。因此,单啮测量所得到的较多误差信息并不能充分地被利用。针对上述状况,CZ450齿轮整体误差测量仪上采用了“间齿测量法”。这种方法不改变单啮测量的基本形式,主要靠改变标准元件来实现。我们使用了特殊多头标准蜗杆,使之仅有一头工作,这就简便而又可靠地使单啮测量时啮合的重叠系数小于1,从而可测出一个齿的全齿形误差曲线,并且所测点是确定的齿面点,如图所示。这种方法保留了单面啮合测量快速准确的特点,又解决了一般单啮测量测不到全齿形只能测一条综合的运动误差曲线的弊病,从而可获得齿轮全部误差信息。
