随着人们生活水平的不断提升,对于生活质量的要求也越来越高,供水企业作为维系民生的重要部门,能有效地保证居民的用水安全,为人们生活质量的改善提供可靠的保障。而在新时期下,供水企业所面临的市场环境已经发生了很大的变化,如何有效促进员工能力的提升,适应市场经济的发展要求,已经成为了当前供水企业需要解决的关键问题。特别是在改革开放不断深化的情况下,传统的员工培训工作已经暴露出来了许多问题,很难发挥出自身在促进员工水平提升当中的作用。因此,必须要强化对于供水企业员工培训工作的研究工作,对其中存在的问题进行深入的分析,从而采取有效的措施加以改善,形成适应现代供水企业发展的培训模式,从思想意识、培训内容以及激励方法等方面着手,更好地促进员工能力的提升,为保证供水企业的持续发展打下良好的基础。
