采用合丰25×Bayfield衍生的144份F2:6重组自交系(RIL)群体和142份黑龙江省大豆品种(系),对大豆维生素E总含量,维生素E主要组分(α-生育酚、β-生育酚和γ-生育酚)含量、农艺性状、蛋白质和脂肪含量进行了相关性分析。结果表明:在重组自交系中,株高、单株粒重与维生素E总含量呈显著正相关;在142份大豆品种(系)分析中,蛋白质和脂肪含量与维生素E总含量无明显相关性;在2组材料中均发现,α-T与γ-T,δ-T与γ-T含量呈显著或极显著正相关,δ-T与α-T含量呈负相关,α-生育酚、γ-生育酚、δ-生育酚与维生素E总含量均表现为极显著正相关。研究结果可为高维生素E大豆品种筛选提供参考依据。
A total of 144 F2: 6 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from Hefei 25 × Bayfield and 142 soybean cultivars (lines) from Heilongjiang Province were used to analyze the contents of total vitamin E, the main components of vitamin E (α-tocopherol, β-tocopherol and γ-tocopherol) content, agronomic traits, protein and fat content were analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between plant height and grain weight and the total vitamin E content in the recombinant inbred lines. In the analysis of 142 soybean cultivars (lines), there was no significant correlation between protein and fat content and total vitamin E content In both materials, there was a significant or very significant positive correlation between α-T and γ-T, δ-T and γ-T, and a negative correlation between δ-T and α-T , Γ-tocopherol, δ-tocopherol and total vitamin E showed extremely significant positive correlation. The results provide a reference for the screening of high-vitamin E soybean varieties.
