患者张××,男,40岁。5年前左颌下区不适,近年来触及骨性隆起,并逐渐增大。在外院曾用抗菌素药物治疗无效。于1982年10月18日来我院诊治,疑诊为“左茎突过长症”。既往体健,家族中无类似患者。检查:两侧面部对称,左颌下区深面后方,可触及与颌骨体及升枝方向一致的骨性肿块,约4.5×2cm,无触压痛,颈项活动无异常,启口度正常,于口内磨牙后区舌侧触及骨性隆起,与下颌骨无粘连。
