文章阐述了医患友好度的由来和基本概念,并对全国首家基层医院医患友好度建设试点单位的实践探索情况作了回顾,着重介绍了医患友好度指标评价体系的编制、医患友好度建设效果的评价工作,对医患友好度建设试点效果作了对照性数据统计;对医患友好度建设的推广提出3点建议:将医患友好度纳入医院等级评审内容、将医患友好度纳入医院质量评价体系、将医患友好度列为医院管理的重要项目。
The article elaborates the origin and the basic concept of doctor-patient friendliness and reviews the practice exploration of the first pilot unit of doctor-patient friendliness in the first primary hospital in our country.
