分别以还原态硫化物、元素硫、硫酸亚铁和黄铜矿为能源培养原始浸矿菌种后 ,进行了黄铜矿浸出比较实验 ,对其包含的主要浸矿菌种进行了分离、鉴定 ,并测定了不同能源培养的氧化亚铁硫杆菌 Thiobacillusferrooxidans(简称 T .f)菌株表面电位。结果表明还原态硫化物培养的菌种有特别强的浸出效果 ,黄铜矿和 9K培养菌浸出效果接近 ,元素硫培养的菌种效果较差 ;这种差异是由于不同能源培养下富集了不同的菌种 ,而且引起了同种菌的不同的生理变化。
The primary leaching bacteria were cultivated with reduced sulfide, elemental sulfur, ferrous sulfate and chalcopyrite, respectively, and the leaching experiment of chalcopyrite was carried out.
