针对用于砂土收集的铣削转子刀具排列的两种形式,以利用最小比能耗为基本原则,推导出了刀具的实际最大切削厚度及最佳轴向刀距的理论计算公式,并以楔形刀具为例,分析计算了在具体的工况下,刀具排列的最佳轴向刀距及切屑断面积,最后综合切削图及切屑断面积选定其较为合理的排列形式。该推导公式对刀具排列形式的选择具有一定的理论指导意义。
Aimed at the two kinds of milling rotor cutter arrangement used for sand collection, a theoretical calculation formula of the actual maximum cutting thickness and the optimal axial cutting distance of the cutter is derived by taking the minimum specific energy consumption as the basic principle. For example, the optimum axial cutting distance and the chip area of the cutting tool are analyzed and calculated under the specific working conditions. Finally, a more reasonable arrangement of the cutting pattern and the chip area is selected. The derivation formula has certain theoretical significance for the choice of tool arrangement form.
