随着社会经济及运动科技的快速发展,健身瑜伽作为一项新潮的运动项目,凭借提高运动者心理素质、缓解压力、强身健体、塑身美体等功效,在我国得以广泛传播。高校与时俱进地相继开设了健身瑜伽课程,但是由于开始时间较短,目前还处于摸索阶段,教学成效不尽如人意。因此,瑜伽教学应大胆创新、不断探索,以便寻求可显著优化教学成效的教学方法。本文就高校健身瑜伽课程教学的有效方法进行详细探究。
With the rapid development of socio-economic and sports science and technology, fitness yoga as a trendy sports event has been widely disseminated in our country with the effect of improving the psychological quality of athletes, relieving stress, strengthening the body and body and body.
