目的:测定依本斯纳蜜膏中没食子酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Pheomenex Luna C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm×5mm)柱温35℃,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(5:95)为流动相,检测波长为273nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:没食子酸在21.88~218.80μg/mL间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为102.11%,RSD为0.53%。结论:该方法具有操作简单,灵敏,准确的优点,分离效果显著,可用于余甘子的含量测定和本产品质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of gallic acid in Ebensna cream. Methods: The column temperature was 35 ℃ with Pheomenex Luna C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm × 5 mm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (5:95) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 273 nm. The flow rate 1.0 mL / min. Results: Gallic acid showed a good linear relationship between 21.88 ~ 218.80 μg / mL with r = 0.9997, the average recovery was 102.11% and the RSD was 0.53%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simple operation, sensitive and accurate. The separation effect is significant. It can be used for the determination of Phyllanthus emblica and the quality control of this product.
