包括水泥、玻璃在内的原材料工业是我国国民经济的基础产业,因其产业关联度强、涉及部门多而构成国民经济的重要支撑。改革开放以来的快速发展,使原材工业体量巨大,消耗惊人,环境制约日趋突出,转型发展要求十分迫切。为落实党中央、国务院的指示,主动适应经济发展的新常态,近日,工业和信息化部颁发了《2015年原材料工业转型发展的工作要点》。针对原材料工业特点,对各工业门类的转型升级,具体地提出了明确的要求,具有很强的指导性。本刊予以刊载,供建材行业尤其是水泥、玻璃产业贯彻落实。加强企业研发(技术)中心建设、打造高水准的企业研发(技术)中心,
The raw material industry, including cement and glass, is the basic industry of our national economy. Because of its strong industrial connection and its multiple departments, it constitutes an important support for the national economy. The rapid development since the reform and opening up made the raw material industry huge in volume, astonishing in consumption, the environmental constraints became increasingly prominent, and the requirements for transformation and development were very urgent. In order to implement the instructions of the Party Central Committee and the State Council and take the initiative to adapt to the new normal of economic development, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the Work Points for 2015 in the Transformation and Development of Raw Materials Industry.
