现阶段,液压系统作为一种集传送能量大、布局简单、便于换向等优势于一身的系统,被广泛应用到了大多数机械设备的设计中去。钻井平台生产过程中所必须的起重装置、升降装置等也使用了液压技术,一定程度上使得平台的整体生产效率大大提升。然而在具体使用过程中,一系列诸如系统压力泄露等问题也时有发生,极易导致设备的使用受到影响。对此,本文即结合自身工作实践,深入探讨液压系统在钻井平台的应用中存在的问题。
At this stage, the hydraulic system is widely used in the design of most machinery and equipment as a system that transmits the advantages of large energy, simple layout and easy commutation. However, during specific use, a series of problems such as system pressure leaks occur from time to time, which can easily affect the use of the equipment.
