针对我国目前知识产权侵权行为人学历层次多元化的现实,本文主张在多个教育层次实施知识产权教育。本文重点探讨了我国基础教育和高等教育阶段知识产权教育的原则,并对相关课程和专业的设置方案进行了设计论证。
In view of the reality that our educational level of intellectual property infringers is diversified at present, this paper advocates the implementation of intellectual property education at multiple educational levels. This article focuses on the principles of IP education in basic education and higher education in China, and designs and proves the related curriculum and professional settings.
