我们正在经历一场由大数据引发的社会革命。随着物联网、云计算、移动互联网等网络新技术的应用、发展与普及,社会信息化进程进入数据时代,海量数据的产生与流转成为常态。大数据,或称巨量资料,指的是需要新处理模式才能具有的更强决策力、洞察发现力和流程优化能力的海量、高增长率和多样化的信息资产。一、大数据关乎国家安全大数据技术的战略意义不在于掌握庞大的数据信息,而在于对这些含有意义的数据进行专业化处理。
We are experiencing a social revolution triggered by big data. With the application, development and popularization of new network technologies such as Internet of Things, cloud computing and mobile Internet, the process of social information entering the data age, the generation and circulation of huge amounts of data have become the norm. Big data, or huge amounts of data, refers to massive, high-growth, and diversified information assets that require new processing models to have stronger decision-making power and insight into discovery and process optimization capabilities.
