利用加拿大BOMEN公司出产的MR-254型红外光谱仪,对固体推进剂羽流的红外辐射特性进行了研究。在分辨率为4 cm~(-1)、测试距离为5 m的条件下,实时测得了含铝改性固体推进剂和NEPE固体推进剂的红外发射光谱图,得到了推进剂在3~5μm波段内的辐射能数据。采用燃烧产物分子的发射光谱精细结构谱线计算了羽流的温度,探讨了固体推进剂辐射能和温度的影响因素。实验结果表明,采用被动式遥感FTIR光谱可对固体推进剂羽流进行快速、实时的非接触式测量,是一种有效的研究手段。
The infrared radiation characteristics of solid propellant plume were studied by MR-254 infrared spectrometer manufactured by BOMEN Company of Canada. The infrared emission spectra of the solid propellants containing aluminum and NEPE solid propellants were measured in real time with the resolution of 4 cm -1 and the test distance of 5 m. Radiation energy data in the band. The temperature of plume was calculated by using the fine structure spectrum of the emission spectrum of the combustion products, and the influencing factors of radiant energy and temperature of solid propellant were discussed. The experimental results show that passive remote sensing FTIR spectroscopy can be used to measure solid propellant plume in a fast, real-time and non-contact manner, which is an effective research method.
