对异育银鲫注射左旋咪唑(LMS)、福尔马林灭活的嗜水气单胞菌(FKC)和添加LMS的FKC(LMS+FKC)后,通过测定鱼体血液中白细胞的吞噬活性和血清中凝集抗体效价,观察了LMS对异育银鲫免疫应答的增强作用。结果表明:无论单独注射LMS还是与FKC结合注射,LMS均能明显地促进供试鱼血液中白细胞的吞噬活性;而且FKC+LMS免疫组的血清凝集抗体效价高于FKC免疫组。
